Well, this weekend seemed really long, yet I accomplished very little. Husband was away all weekend for a work seminar so I had the kids all weekend and felt like a chauffer. Also, it rained all day Fri. and yesterday which was quite depressing. I obviously haven't added anything new to the blog since early Fri. morning, but I will have some fun stuff starting now and continuing throughout the week - part of that will be NEW CANDY - so keep on the llookout for that:).
We have a NEW CHALLENGE at WHOOPSI DAISY CHALLENGE this week and it is RIBBON and CHARM - so you just need to add ribbon and a charm (or more) and come enter our challenge!! You have til noon EST on Sunday, March 13 to link it up at the challenge blog.
While it is not necessary to use a WHOOPSI DAISY image, we'd sure LOVE to see one!! You can find Linnie's large collection of AMAZING images at WHOOPSI DAISY SHOP - don't forget to pick up the FREEBIE while you're there:)
For my card, I went with this adorable WHOOPSI DAISY fairy from sheet #153. I colored her with Copics and Atyou Spicas and then did the wings with Twinkling H2Os paints. Flowers are Prima, charm from Making Memories and ribbon from my stash. Image is cut with one of the new Nesties - I just love the effect!! I also used a textured purple Bazzill, for the base of card, My Mind's Eye bling, cuttlebug folder to emboss shiny purple CS from Marco's Paper. Button is from Sassafrass Lass and DP is from Basic Grey. I hope you like and you will come play along at WHOOPSI DAISY CHALLENGE.

The purple is so gentle and calm here - this makes me glad) Sometime I hate this colour is too bright. Then it is agressive. But this card is fantastic!!!! The image is nice too)
