Good morning and happy Monday to all!  I was away most of the weekend for my younger son’s soccer tournament, so I apologize if I didn’t make it to visit your blog this weekend.  I also have a terrible cold and really just want to sleep, but unfortunately, I have a busy day today, tomorrow and Wednesday.  Ack!

Ok, hope I didn’t bum you out too much.  We have a FUN, NEW CHALLEGE at WHOOPSI DAISY CHALLENGE and it is to use flourishes – you can add them, like I did, with embellies or die cuts or use papers or stamps with flourishes – any way you want, just show us those flourishes!

You have until noon EST on Sunday, April 29 to play along with us at WHOOPSI DAISY CHALLENGE.   Remember, you do not have to use an image from WHOOPSI DAISY SHOP, but if you do and are chosen the winner, you will win 2 SHEETS from WHOOPSI DAISY SHOP, those not using our images will receive 1 sheet if chosen as winner.

For my creation today, I have chosen this beauty from WHOOPSI DAISY SHOP Sheet 343.  I have colored her with Copics and cut using Lifestyle Crafts die.  I added ribbon from Michael’s, CS is Bazzill and DP is Creative Imaginations.  Pearl and rosette flourishes are Prima, sentiment is from Northwoods and is cut with Nestie.  I hope you will come join in our challenge!!

Additional Challenges:
ONE STITCH AT A TIME – anything goes
OPUS GLUEI – flourishes
2 SISTERS CHALLENGE – use a digital image
SWEET STAMPIN CHALLENGE – use more than 1 ribbon
CARD MAKIN’ MAMAS – make it girlie
CRAFTS 4 ETERNITY – something new (new Nestie and new Lifestyle Craft die)
FAIRY FUN FRIDAYS – anything with flowers

DIGI MAKEOVER CHALLENGE – birthday plus digi
LOVE TO CREATE – anything goes

Well, for a lady feeling under the weather, it did not adversely affect your creativity! This is lovely, such warm and rich colors and a fun image beautifully colored.

Hope you are feeling better, a mom doesn't seem to get the chance to be sick. :-(

Thank you so much for sharing your creativity with us at Opus Gluei!
