SHAPE IT CHALLENGE AT WHOOPSI DAISY!!

Happy Monday to all!!  This is always the busiest time of year for me with both soccer and school coming to a close for summer – we have end of the season games, 2 more tournaments and tryouts for soccer in the next 2 weeks and then my older son “graduates” from 5th grade this year, so there are a bunch of festivities, parties and a trip to the zoo associated with that.  I cannot wait for the week of June 11 because we have NOTHING scheduled, so I can craft and sleep in every day

Anyway, we have a NEW CHALLENGE for you this week at WHOOPSI DAISY CHALLENGE and it is SHAPE IT!  So, let’s see some cards with some cool, unique shapes!!  You have until Sunday, May 27 at 12noon EST to come play along with us at WHOOPSI DAISY CHALLENGE.  You do not have to use an image from WHOOPSI DAISY SHOP, but we’d sure LOVE to see one.  Linnie has lots of AWESOME, new sheets in the WHOOPSI DAISY SHOP that you’ll definitely want to take a look at.  Also, our FABULOUS Buy One Sheet, Get One Sheet FREE is going on for a limited time, so head on over to take advantage of that!

For my card this week, I have chosen a flower shape from a Nesties Grand Caliber set.  I love using these larger Nesties for card bases.  I chose papers from Bazzil and Prima DP and this beautiful image from WHOOPSI DAISY SHOP Sheet 347.  I colored her with Copics, Atyou Spicas and Sakura pens and cut out with scissors.  Ribbon is from MFT, pearls are from QueenKat, bling-y dots are from my stash.  Sentiment is from I {HEART} Papers and is cut out with Nesties.  It is a bit hard to read b/c of textured paper, but it says “Congratulations.”
