SKETCH CHALLENGE AT WAGS N WHISKERS

Please excuse the lateness of today’s post.  My last 2 days have been overly crazy.  Thursday, hubby was out of town til late in the evening and so I had all 4 kids to run around – youngest daughter had Brownies, oldest son had soccer, all had homework plus it was trash night, shower night…  You get the idea.  I was so tired and so busy, I didn’t even have a chance to shower.  So today, I was psyched for some much needed “me” time and while on my morning walk, I got a call from elementary school that my 8 yr. old daughter has lice!  Ugh.  So, had to pick her up, but not before a quick stop home after workout only to discover oldest daughter (13) had missed the bus!  So, drive her to school, pick up youngest at different school and then off to drugstore to buy lice rid shampoo.  Took about 2 hrs. to do the shampoo and after gel treatment plus wash all her bedding, towels, blankies, etc.  Checked other kids – no signs so far, but I am a complete stress case that me or oldest daughter will get it and the treatment takes forever for long hair.

For my creation, I have chosen WAGS N WHISKERS image “Snuzzle Love.”  This image is just adorable - I have colored it with Copics and cut all shapes with Nesties.  I embossed the back circles with Cuttlebug folder.  Papers are from Bazzill and Coredinations, no DP for a change!  Ribbon and velvet trim from Taylored Expressions, sentiment from Unity and stamped on pre-cut tag that was in my stash.  Gorgeous flowers with beaded centers are Petaloo.  Brad is also from my stash.  Hope you like it and will come join us!!
