FOOD FOR THOUGHT CHALLENGE AT DIGI DARLA’S!

Hello everyone! I am late with today’s post as the past 2 days have been a complete whirlwind of activity! My now 12 year old son, his birthday was yesterday, played in a soccer tournament at a place over an hr. away from here from 9am-2pm – which means we left here at 7:15am and I had been up since 6am (I am NOT a morning person!) Then, we went straight from there to his team’s indoor game back in town at 4pm and then he had 2 teammates spend the night. Today, up at 6am again to walk for an hr. at 6:30am and then go to 8am dr. appt. and had to get blood work done, so was fasting! Seriously was worried about passing out. Then ran errands for an hr. and a half, came home, did stuff here and then both boys had dentist appt. at 2pm. Other stuff going on as well, but those are the highlights.

Anyway, so tired now but wanted to let you know about our NEW CHALLENGE at DIGI DARLA'S CHALLENGE this week and it is FOOD FOR THOUGHT, so we just want to see some kind of food somewhere in your project. You don’t have to use a DIGI DARLA’S DESIGNS image to play along, but if you do, you get 2 entries per creation and get entered into a second draw with a chance to win 3 images from DIGI DARLA’S DESIGNS!! You just add DD after your name if you used a DIGI DARLA’S DESIGNS images. Challenge ends on February 23 at 9pm EST.

For my creation, I chose DIGI DARLA’S DESIGNS “Picking Apples.” I really love this image and I have colored her with Copics and cut with Lifestyle Crafts dies. I had added a sentiment from Pink By Design and papers from my stash. Flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, ribbon from The Ribbon Carousel, bling from My Mind’s Eye. Sentiment is cut with Crafty Sentiments die and banners cut from Paper Smooches die. Hope you will come play along!!
