For my creation today, I have used Lilly with Flowers digi stamp from CRAFTY SENTIMENTS DESIGNS.   I have colored her with Copics and cut using Nesties.  I added papers from Bazzill and SU and DP from SEI.  Ribbon is from my stash and flowers are Prima.  I used a sentiment from Pink By Design that I cut with Nesties.  I sure hope you like it and will come play along!!

JEN'S DIGIS POST - BELLA ON A CLOUD

Hello everyone!!  Today I am sharing my newest creation using the image Bella on a Cloud, which is one of the awesome fairy images you can find at JEN'S DIGIS SHOP.  New images are being added all the time, so make sure you keep checking back to find more great images!!

For my creation, I colored Bella with my trusty Copics and added some sparkle with Sakura glitter pen.  I cut her out with Nestie.  I added a border made with MS punch, organdy ribbon, buttons from Basic Grey and my stash, flowers from Petaloo, DP from My Mind's Eye and Bazzill CS.  I used a sentiment from Taylored Expressions which is cut out with a Memory Box die.  I sure hope you like it and that you will check out all the fabulous creations by the DT on the JEN'S DIGIS BLOG and in the shop.

Here is my project using PIXIE DUST STUDIO SHOP image “I am Holiday.”  I think she is so precious with her little gingerbread friend.  I have colored the image with Copics and Sakura pens and added Liquid Pearls.  I used DP from Basic Grey and CS from American Crafts.  All shapes cut with Nesties, ribbon from The Ribbon Carousel, sentiment from Taylored Expressions and pearl flowers from my stash.  Sure hope you like it and will enjoy the last day of hopping!

For my project this week, I have chosen LITTLE MISS MUFFET STAMPS rubber stamp “Celeste Amberglow Flowerpot.”  I love this sweet image and I had a great time coloring her with my Copics.  I went with a nontraditional color scheme for me, which was really fun and I really like how she turned out  I cut her out with Nesties and backing piece is cut with Lifestyle Crafts die.  Sentiment is from My Craft Spot and cut with Lifestyle Crafts die.  I used mesh ribbon and lace with velvet running through the middle from my stash as well as embroidary floss and buttons from my stash.  Flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.  DP from Bella Blvd. and CS from Bazzill.  I sure hope you like it and will come play along!

PASTEL COLORS AT WHOOPSI DAISY CHALLENGE

Hello everyone and Happy Monday!  It is raining cats and dogs here and the temperatures are dropping and it is my grocery day – which I am so not looking forward to!  But, we do have a FUN, NEW CHALLENGE over at WHOOPSI DAISY CHALLENGE this week and it is PASTEL COLORS.  Those who follow my blog regularly know that I am not a huge fan of pastel colors, largely because I don’t think I am very good at creating with them – they are outside my comfort zone – but, you also know I am always up for a good challenge!

You have until noon on Sunday, November 18 at 12pm EST to come join our WHOOPSI DAISY CHALLENGE.  Remember, if you use a WHOOPSI DAISY SHOP image, you can do an anything goes creation.  Otherwise, you can use any image you’d like, but you must follow our theme of PASTELS.  Either way, we hope you will join us!

Today is my first post as DT for newly re-opened JEN'S DIGIS.  I hope you have checked out JEN’S DIGIS and if you haven’t, I strongly suggest you do – Jen has some great images with more being released all the time and they are super fun to color and create with!

For my creation today, I have used one of the Thanksgiving images – it is not on display in the shop yet, but can be purchased by e-mailing Jen or Tanya at jensdigis@yahoo.com.  I have colored the image with Copics and cut with Lifestyle Crafts dies.  I added faux stitching to 1/2 circle using Staedler pen.  Papers and ribbon are SU, except orange piece which is Bo Bunny.  Sentiment from Taylored Expressions is cut with Memory Box die and 1/2 circles cut with MFT die and cut in 1/2.  Sure hope you like it and will come check out JEN’S DIGIS.

FABULOUS FALL COLORS CHALLENGE AT PIXIE DUST STUDIO

Hope you are having a happy Friday (although I guess it’s technically Saturday since it’s after midnight).  I hate to keep bringing up sad things on the blog, but I can’t always escape real life, and often it is more liberating to discuss things happening and possibly getting me down.  Tonight was the viewing for 2 of the 3 girls killed in the car accident last Saturday night and the first time my son saw his teammate – brother of one of the girls.  It was very sad and emotional and I am somewhat “fried” right now in terms of emotion, but tomorrow is a new day and I am just thankful for each day and moment I get to spend with my family and those close to me.

So, I want to tell you about our current challenge for PIXIE DUST STUDIO CHALLENGE and it is FABULOUS FALL COLORS.   We are looking for creations with deep yellows, oranges, reds, browns, etc., basically any color you associate with Fall.  You have until Weds., November 14 at 11:59pm EST to come join us.
