I have colored this fabulous PIXIE DUST STUDIO SHOP image with Copics and Sakura gel pen then cut with Lifestyle Crafts die and paper pieced car with Basic Grey paper.  Ribbon is from DeNami, crystals/bling are Prima.  Sentiment is from Taylored Expressions and is cut with Just Rite Stampers Nestie.  CS is SU and Bazzill, DP from my stash.  Hope you like it and will come play along
