PASTEL OR VINTAGE CHRISTMAS AT INKY IMPRESSIONS AND DT CALL STILL GOING!

Before I get to today’s challenge, I want to remind you all that Inky Impressions is having a Design Team call. We are looking for a few enthusiastic, friendly, and talented stampers to help promote our products and to provide inspiration to the stamping community.
This call is open to everyone! If you have applied for any of our previous Design Team calls, please feel free to re-apply! You are not required to use Inky Impressions stamps for your submissions, but it’s a plus if you do.

It’s Wednesday and that means we have a NEW CHALLENGE for you  at INKY IMPRESSIONS CHALLENGE and it is PASTEL or VINTAGE CHRISTMAS.  You do not need to use an image from INKY IMPRESSIONS to play along, but if you do, you will get 2 entries instead of 1 for purposes of random.org drawing for the winner. You have until Tuesday, December 4 to come play along.

For my creation this week, I have chosen INKY IMPRESSIONS “Maddie the Elf” and chose to do a vintage card.   I love this sweet image and colored it with Copics ad Sakura glaze and added some Stickles for the trim on her top and pom on her hat.  Image and frame cut with Nesties, sentiment from Taylored Expressions is cut with Nestie.  Pearls are from I Want 2 Scrap, papers from American Crafts and DP from Cloud 9 Design.  I used an embossing folder that came with my Papercrafts magazine for the snowflakes border at the top.  Hope you like it!
