For my card, I used CRAFTY SENTIMENTS DESIGNS stamp “Sweet 16” and one of the coordinating sentiment stamps also available at CRAFTY SENTIMENTS DESIGNS.    Image is colored with Copics and cut out with Nestie.  Papers are from Gina K. and DP from Fancy Pants, buttons from Basic Grey and my stash, pearls from Martha Stewart.  Sentiment is cut with Nestie and daubed with Memento ink.  Sure hope you like it.
