WHIMSY AND STARS STUDIO NEW RELEASE!!

I hope today is the start of a great week for all of you.  It’s going to be another busy one here with dr. appts., meet the teacher nights and the kids going back to school.  I’ve had a great summer with my kids at home, so I will be having mixed emotions this week!

I’m super pleased to announce our NEW RELEASE at WHIMSY AND STARS STUDIO – and there’s 2 this time – “Ribbon Boy” and “Ribbon Girl.”  Each DT member has made a wonderful creation with one of these new images representing causes near and dear to our hearts.

For my creation, I have used the new “Ribbon Girl” image from WHIMSY AND STARS STUDIO SHOP.  Image is colored with Copics and cut out with Nestie.  I chose to make the Autism ribbon, which is puzzle pieces in primary colors.  My oldest daughter is Autistic and she’s such a special person, and although she can make life very challenging, I love her with all my heart and soul.  I found this sentiment from Verve clear stamps and just thought it fit so perfectly and it rings so true.   Sentiment is cut with Nestie and corner punch.  Papers are Echo Park DP and Bazzill CS.  I also used an EK Success punch and SU buttons to decorate my card.  Thanks so much for visiting today
