Cold or Hot Colors at THE PAPER SHELTER Challenge

For my card this week, I chose Did You Ask for a Fairy? digital image from The Paper Shelter Shop.   I chose HOT colors to color this wonderful image with Copics and cut out with MFT die.

I chose American Crafts papers, sentiment from Reverse Confetti, cut with die from my stash and ZVA Creative bling flourish added.  Here is a closer view of my colored image.
